PLAN THE RESEARCH. VERIFY THE OFFICIALS.

Read the current BOI LTR category guidance.

List the category that appears closest to your circumstances without assuming a fit.

Note each published evidence area you need to clarify with the program.

Make a checklist for income, employment, assets, skills, insurance, or family evidence only where the official category calls for it.

Identify documents that need a current issuer, translation, or certification.

Keep source records separate from personal documents; ThaiPath does not store them.

Review the official LTR application journey and current contact path.

Confirm any pre-qualification, submission, or issuance steps directly with the program.

Record the official instructions you relied on and when you checked them.

Check the official program for current category-related fees or cost references.

Research health coverage or professional-document costs only where currently requested.

Build a separate relocation budget after you have confirmed the route.

Ask the program which timing guidance is current for your category.

List any questions about family members, work context, or continuing evidence.

Avoid making long-term commitments until the official process is clear.

Re-open the official LTR source before submitting anything.

Confirm the latest category checklist and process with the BOI.

Treat an unanswered evidence question as a reason to pause and research further.
