Research methodology

CLEARER RESEARCH, NOT A LEGAL DETERMINATION.

ThaiPath helps visitors turn published visa information into a cautious research plan. The authority that decides a requirement remains the authority a visitor must confirm with.

01

Start with the authority

Use current Thai official primary or program sources first. If a source is missing or stale, show the gap rather than inventing a public answer.

02

Record freshness

Every source record has a date retrieved and a defined freshness window. When the authoritative record is missing or stale, ThaiPath should surface a research gap instead of supplying an unverified figure or checklist.

03

Separate context from control

Use only for relevant Thailand relocation, housing, city, neighborhood, or plain-English planning context after official Thai sources. Use only for legitimate Las Vegas, Southern Nevada, or U.S.–Thailand cross-border relocation context; never for Thai visa authority.

04

Keep the limits visible

ThaiPath organizes published information and planning questions. It is not a law firm, immigration authority, or government agency, and it does not determine eligibility or guarantee approval.

What ThaiPath does not do.

  • It does not tell a visitor they qualify, have been approved, or will be approved.
  • It does not invent a missing official fee, deadline, document list, or entry rule.
  • It does not treat BAANLYY or the Scofield Group as a Thai immigration authority.
  • It does not replace current instructions from Thai authorities, BOI, Thailand Privilege, or the relevant Thai mission.
